David began his career serving eight years aboard U.S. Navy nuclear submarines as a nuclear engineer, where he developed a foundation of discipline, precision, and resilience under pressure. He went on to build a distinguished career in industrial water treatment, becoming a Certified Water Technologist, corporate trainer, and industry consultant, helping organizations solve complex challenges and develop strong leadership cultures.

Today, David and his wife, Trina, co-own City Wide Facility Solutions of Southern Arizona, a multimillion-dollar business dedicated not only to operational excellence but to building people, teams, and community impact.

Alongside his business career, David has spent more than three decades in ministry, serving as Senior Pastor at churches in New Hampshire and Arizona. Over those years, he has delivered hundreds of messages that connect biblical truth with everyday life, helping individuals and leaders navigate real struggles with faith, clarity, and purpose.

David is the author of The Ripple of Faith, a collection of sermons drawn from real-life moments with real people—messages that are both deeply personal and universally relevant. His teaching centers on a powerful idea:
